Transformation HQ is a keep fit gymnasium with branches in Buxton and Whaley Bridge.  Their aim is to encourage people to loose the flab, get fit and transform their bodies back into what nature intended.

Earlier in the year the gym held a Summer Ball charity event which raised £500 for Buxton Mountain Rescue Team.  The sum will be matched by a donation from the Santander Building Society making a grand and very welcome total donation of £1,000.

Last Thursday evening Carl Lambert from the gymnasium visited the team’s Dove Doles base to present the donation to team members.

The team is shortly about to replace one of its operational response vehicles so the donation is very timely.  Team members send a huge “thank-you” to all those who supported the event and made the donation possible.
