Incident report

The team was called out at 16:20 to assist Derbyshire Police with an incident on Winnats Pass. There were reports that a number of vehicles had become stranded in snow on Winnats Pass.

The team deployed the two 4×4 vehicles  to the top of Winnats Pass from where they then set off on foot to locate a missing female driver.

The lady was reported to be safe and well soon after team members began checking the nearby fields and roadside.  Team members were soon able to return to the vehilce and head back to base.
