Incident report
The Team was called to assist Edale Mountain Rescue Team to help a walker who had slipped on a grassy slope and hurt their ankle.
With their leg splinted, the casualty was put onto a mountain rescue stretcher and sledged down to the road and waiting ambulance.
While team members were still arriving at the RV, a second call came in to an incident at Corbar Woods – some team members left this callout to attend 012 other members were redirected to it.
