Incident report
A limited number of team members from the joint Buxton and Edale M.R.Ts’ Snatch Squad attended Blue John Cavern following a report of a 
female having collapsed in the show cave.
East Midlands Ambulance Service and the Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air-ambulance were first on scene and together entered the cave to examine the lady. The 83 year old was a little bemused by all the fuss and was able to make her own way back to the surface. The rescue teams left her in the care of the paramedics and returned to base.
