Incident report

Edale and Buxton Mountain Rescue Team members called to assist a gentleman who had fallen from a stile near to Losehill Hall in the Hope Valley.  The incident was not too remote and local team members were rapidly on scene to assess the gentlemen.

The Derbyshire Rutland and Leicestershire Air ambulance also attended but was not used transport the casualty.  Instead, the gentleman was carried to a waiting East Midlands Ambulance Service ambulance for assessment.

The brevity of the incident meant that many rescue members were stood down before arrival.
